On September 7, Invest Seoul signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mastern Investment Management, one of Korea's leading real estate asset management firms, to stimulate foreign investment attraction. Built upon mutual trust, this partnership aims to showcase Seoul's investment attractiveness to global investors and establish cooperative network.

 

Under the agreement, both organizations will build an ongoing collaboration system to identify and connect prospective global enterprises looking to invest in Seoul. Leveraging Invest Seoul's global business network, they plan to advance major development projects and stimulate investments across the city, while collaborating on international real estate investor events through speaker participation and event partnerships. Furthermore, the two organizations will match promising foreign companies with properties owned or developed by Mastern Investment Management, offering strategic space tenancy and business connectivity to help them establish a successful foothold in Seoul. By combining Mastern's extensive global alternative investment network and asset management expertise with Invest Seoul's public investment promotion capabilities, the partnership seeks to maximize the synergy.
